Cocktail: Pumpkin ToddyFood Pairing: Apple wood smoked chicken on toasted baguette with honey Dijon sauce, melted Muenster, roast red peppers and micro arugula.
Sunday, September 14: Schilling Cider

Cocktail: Cider Radler
Food Pairing: Cranberry poached fennel salad with baked salmon topped with buttermilk dill sauce and sweet peas.
