Starting on Thursday, September 8th, Capitol Cider is your exclusive kick off spot, for WA Cider Week. Be on the lookout for limited and speciality ciders from Washington. Doors open at 4pm with the current list of cideries including:
- Snowdrift Cider
- Honey Moon Mead & Cider
- Greenwood Cider Co.
- Whitewood Cider,
- Finnriver Cider
- Liberty Ciderworks, and others
Then on Monday, September 12th, Capitol Cider releases five mini chef’s plates, each made with a different cider. Spend $5 to try one of these cider-complimented dishes or pair it (for $3 more) with a can of cider. Get there, everyday, between 4 pm and 6 pm to enjoy Friday’s Bivalves and Booze Happy Hour with " ... $2 oysters with a cider mignonette and $5 Cider 75 cocktails."
If you can't make Happy Hour, then stop by after 6pm for cider-inspired meals like a "... prix fixe dinner option including dishes like ginger cider glazed chicken with corn pudding and a locally-sourced berry cobbler with iced cider whipped cream!"
Finally, September 15th, Capitol Cider concludes with "Graf'fest" from 4pm. A beer-cider hybrid, local breweries collaborate with cideries to produce this unique blend of beer and cider. List of participating breweries and cideries includes:

- Alpenfire Organic Hard Cider
- Whitewood Cider
- Three Magnets and more.
